MD abroad is generally termed as postgraduate residency. There is no separate MD abroad. Requirements and exams need to be taken differ with the country you plan to enrol yourself into. If you are planning for US, take the USMLE, PLAB for UK, AMC for Australia, MCC examinations for Canada and so on.

Thank you, sir. It means I cannot pursue my post graduation abroad without appearing for an entrance exam.

Go for Russia and Ukraine. There is no need to give any entrance exam.
