Solve previous year question paper. Prepare a good time-table for the exam preparations. Do not include long hours of study period in your time-table. Hi Dear, For getting better a score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of Standard 11th and 12th. Also you need to improve your MCQ solving skill and solve as many as MCQs as you can. This will surely boost your confidence.

Focus mainly on your NCERT books and try to solve MCQs and previous year NEET papers along with sample papers. Focus more on the concept than that of theory.
