Just go through the basic concepts of the b.com syllabus and some of class 12th also. Practice past years question papers or buy a test series online to practice more and more. Further, you can buy some good books like Arihant's M.Com entrance guidebook, etc.

    Hi,
You can refer to the exam syllabus by visiting this webpage:

Although, there are no prescribed books to refer for M.Com exam, yet I would advise you to refer to M.Com Entrance Test Guide by Dr Sima Kumari for the preparation.
