How can I prepare for SAT and JEE simultaneously?
I am currently preparing to get into National teams of International Olympiads (Matgatics and Physics). I am aiming to study in USA. Should I stay concentrated on my Olympiad preparations? How much time should I devote for SAT preparations? Can I prepare for it simultaneously with JEE?

Hi Juhi,
SAT and JEE are entirely different hence comparing them will make very little sense. JEE tests a different skill set while SAT is entirely different. JEE is mainly used for admissions to engineering program in the likes of IIT, etc.
SAT on the other hand tests your English skills (verbal and writing) and high school mathematics. To do well in SAT you must be extremely well in English and the level of Mathematics is a little easier as compared to JEE. That said, a very good SAT score can land you up in a top university in the world. By knowing these smallest of differences you can frame a study plan and prepare accordingly.

Hi Juhi,
You can prepare for SAT and JEE together. Math asked in SAT is far easier than that in JEE.
But since there is no English related section in JEE, you will have to put in great efforts to prepare for SAT English/Verbal section.
Be aware that most students from India face troubles in SAT Verbal. Indian students perform pretty well in SAT math when compared to students from other countries (except China).
