How can I prepare for SLAT? Is it necessary for me to go to CLAT coaching classes to prepare for SLAT?

Hi Zainab, Preparations for SLAT and CLAT will be overall similar. It totally depends on you whether you want to go for coaching or not. I scored 110/150 without any coaching or guidance. For SLAT preparations, these tips may help you: *Work hard on reading comprehension as it is all in English and with a good command on English you can easily score good marks. *GK questions are comparatively easier than compared to CLAT so go through the monthly preparations that you are going through. *For analytical and logical reasoning I can suggest only practice. The level will again be easier than CLAT. *In 2017 the legal section had a lot of direct questions and maxims but in 2018 the reasoning questions were prominent. Nothing can be predicted and you need to be thorough with everything. *Do not look over the mock exams. Give them in an exam stimulated environment do analyse them. *Stay consistent with GK and do read the articles because if you will be called for PI/WAT, you won't have extra time for preparations.
