Hello,
Yes, you can prepare for both exams, but you have to work hard for it. You can prepare for M.Sc after competing your CGL exam.
I would like to suggest you that SSC CGL exam is really close, so first you should focus on that. Try to solve previous year question papers and mock test papers of
