How can I prepare for SSC CGL tier 1?

    Hi Jay,
    For the SSC-CGL Tier I, the focus should be on the subjects such as quantitative aptitude, English, general studies and reasoning. For scoring higher marks in Tier I, regular practice of mock/ previous year question papers is a must.
    For Quantitative aptitude, concentrate on areas which have been constantly asked in the examination such as SI/CI, Percentage, Ratio & Proportion, etc. And, follow the similar strategy for other subjects.
    In General studies, the focus must be on static/traditional syllabus such as History, Geography, Polity, Economics with regular reading of newspapers.

    Hi there, Staff Selection Commission SSC is a government organisation that conducts various exams every year to recruit candidates for Group-B and -C posts in various ministries /departments /organizations of the Government of India. Every year thousands of vacancies are filled by SSC in Government departments. While a government job helps to build a stable career, it is also loaded with responsibilities.
