Well, you have a graduation degree in B.Com you are eligible for appearing in IAS exam, what you need to do is, focus on NCERT's syllabus of history, geography, economics and some other subjects like political Science. Join a coaching class. Focus only on your exam. Solve mock tests. Daily newspaper reading for good GK. Smart work. All the best.
