How can I prepare inorganic chemistry for JEE Mains 2018?

The simple answer is to read NCERT as much as you can.

You can prepare for inorganic chemistry by going through NCERT thoroughly and revise it 2-3 times, because inorganic chemistry is a part that you have to learn and then go through previous years paper from there you can get an idea that which types of question are came in exam. All the best.

Please purchase a book called Inorganic Chemistry of Balaji Publications. This book has too much best quality questions with solution. You should go through it. Also, solve NCERT 2 or 3 times.
