How can I prepare to get admission into PGDM course after my B.Com? What skills should I have? Is it good to gap a year after my degree?

    (#1) Firstly make a target college and the start preparation. Strategies could be different, if you are planning to do your PG from ISB Hyderabad or IIMS or Abroad, because all have different admission criteria.(#2) For skills; it's an indescribable topic. But, fundamentally, you need to have good communication skills, analytics skills, behavioral skills etc.
