How can i pursue a course in journalism as I am doing a BMM 2nd year, but have 3 back logs from 3rd semester.

i am BMM student and now in 2nd year.... but in 3 semester i failed in 3 subjects... i dont want to waste my year so please guide me with some one year course in journalism .....
