How can I pursue a course in mass communication from Delhi University (SC category) as I have 78.6% in class 12th?

You need to wait till the colleges under DU release their cut-offs. -
To apply in DU for journalism course (graduation), you need to secure minimum 50%, as you have got 78.6%. It is wonderful and you are eligible. Now, onwards you have to clear the entrance exam as well. And, you can prepare for the entrance by Reading newspapers, watch news, and Practice reasoning, grammar, General knowledge. Either, buy a book which covers all the above syllabus, or you can prepare from All India Exams online http://www.allindiaexams.in/home
