How can I pursue a graduation course in 1-year?

I am stuck because I am not a graduate and a lot of companies need graduates only. At present, for me, a degree is much more important. I want to know how I can get a degree in a short time span which is valid across the country for all kinds of jobs including Govt. sector jobs.
