How can I pursue a higher degree course while working?

I have completed my diploma in electrical branch after 12th now I want to pursue higher degrees/graduation while working. I'm currently working for an IT firm as a system engineer.

You can go for MBA correspondence or online course in IT management. Thus will help you in your career growth. Else if you have at least 2 years of experience then you can also go for executive MBA which will have a good career scope.
