How can I pursue aerospace or aeronautical engineering in India?
I completed my 12th in 2015 with 86 percent marks. I wanted to study in USA but because of family problems could not go. Appeared in JEE MAINS in 2015 and scored 61.

very few colleges offer aerospace engineering courses
you may opt for any of the following institutes
IIT
IISC
Indian institute of aeronautical engineering
