You will need to provide Income Certificate and possibly Ration Card at the time of admission. I would suggest visiting the study center to get proper details.

Hi Shailendra, IGNOU does provide fee waiver for their students from economically weak section students. For fee waiver you need to contact your nearest study center. You will be needed to show the required documents and get the fee waiver.
