Hi there, yes you can. At LPU the eligibility for the programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English and three subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology and Agriculture) subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CUET or JEE Main (From Phase II Onwards).

No, you cannot pursue B.Sc agriculture course after the Diploma. The minimum eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Agriculture is 12th with PCM/PCB/Inter-Ag.
