Admission in B.Tech (ECE) is based on last qualified exam (12th with PCM subjects ) with min 50%, and entrance exam such JEE Mains, JEE Advance, NEST, etc. I am enlisting a few good colleges for B.Tech: College of Engineering Pune, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, VIT Vellore, Christ University.

You need to appear for national or state level engineering entrance exams like:
    1. JEE.
    2. BITSAT.
    3. VITEEE.
    4. SRMJEE.
    5. UPSEE.
    6. MHTCET, etc.
You can clear them, and then opt for ECE.
