How can I pursue BA in mass communication and journalism through distance mode from 2nd year?
I left my studies after completing 1st year because of some financial problems. I want to pursue it through distance mode as I have to work to manage my money for my daily needs.

There is no university that will give you admission directly in the second year. I would advise you go for a complete course if you are actually interested in the same.
