How can I pursue company secretary course after completing class 12th with commerce?

Initial minimum duration of executive programme is 9 months. It means after registration to executive programme, a student can give exams of both module only after the time gap of 9 months excluding the months of admission and the examination. However, a candidate registered as a student at least six calendar months prior to the month in which the examination commences may be allowed to appear in one module of the executive programme examination. If student fails to clear the executive exam in first attempt, he/she can give exam again without paying any registration fee (examination fee is payable every time). But students are required to pass the executive and professional programme within 5 years from the month of their registration in CS executive otherwise they will have to renew their registration by paying some additional fee (known as de-novo registration). CS Foundation Registration is open throughout the year. Candidates registered up to and including the month of M.Arch are eligible to take foundation examination the earliest in December in the same year and those registered up to and including September can take up the examination in June next year subject to satisfactory completion of the coaching. So, if you want to write CS Foundation exam in December 2018, you should register before 31st March 2018 and for the CS Foundation exam in June 2018, you should register before 30th September 2017. The eligibility for CS Foundation candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognised by the central government as equivalent thereto can join the CS Foundation Programme. There is no minimum requirement of percentage of marks secured at Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination. Provisional admission is allowed to candidates any time after they have appeared or enrolled for appearing in the final of senior secondary examination (10+2 pass or equivalent), subject to the condition that such provisional admission would be valid for not more than 6 months from the date of admission within which time the student should furnish proof of having passed the HSC (10+2 pass or equivalent) examination.
