Hello shobhit. In case you want to pursue CSE in India, you need to take various entrance exam like JEE mains, bitsat, VITEEE, Manipal , srm etc. The forms for these are available from November-march.
In case you want to go abroad, take SAT and choose a university based on your score and then take TOEFL as per university requirement.

You need to crack engineering entrance exams held at national levels state levels or at college levels after 12th but you should have maths and Science background. It not mandatory but you cannot cracking an entrance without a Science and maths background. Generally high ranks gets CSE . All the best

For admission into the computer Science course at AISECT University, one must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their higher secondary examinations. Students with higher marks would be preferred.

In Karnataka, there is an engineering entrance exam called CET which can get you in top engineering colleges in India based in Bangalore but in other states, you have to write other exams.
