  • If you want to become a commercial pilot, enroll for the CPL training program. You must have passed 10+2 Science stream with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects (minimum 50% aggregate marks) to be considered eligible to join a flying school.
  • Dear Midita,
In order to undergo CPL training, you need to complete 10+2 or any equivalent course with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects.

First thing, you have to pass in standard 10th with good percentage above 70% marks, After completing class 10th, you have to join a college of Science and there, you need to take up subjects like, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). For pilot CPL, they need 60% and above marks in PCM in standard 10+2. After completing 10+2 (HSC) with 60% marks and above, you need to join the nearby Pilot School. The cost of CPL is Rs.25 lacs or above depending on their facilities.
