How can I pursue Diploma course from Canada?

I have got 73.8% marks in class 12th and 45.6% marks in graduation.

Hi, Chances are very minimal. 45% will not be accepted and you will not be granted a visa, particularly for Canada. In fact, no university abroad accepts anything below 55%. Low tier universities may accept you but visa is a big question. Why don't you instead study in India and apply abroad after
