You may evaluate doing Strategy management offered by IIM Calcutta and IIM Lucknow in distance learning. These certificate courses are offered by IIMs in collaboration with their training delivery partner NIIT Imperia. You may refer to following link for further details:

No, there is no placement for certificate courses. You are advised to appear for CAT and crack it to get admission in IIMA which is the best institute for strategy management with placement as a strategy consultant.
