    MA Disaster Management offered by Tata Institute of Social Science Mumbi is the best formal educational qualification in India. As are currently serving in Indian Army and may not able to do full time course it is suggested that you evaluate Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management (PGDDM) offered by IGNOU to meet your requirements. The major objectives of the Programme are to:
    (a) Provide comprehensive knowledge to the learners on disaster preparedness, mitigation and rehabilitation;
    (b) Enable the learners to carry out risk assessment and vulnerability analysis;
