Usually admissions to most of the engineering colleges are through entrance examinations. The eligibility for the same is mentioned below
For admission in a bachelor's degree, the candidate must have passed the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject

Hi Tushar, since you are already a working professional regular degree program may not suit your requirement. There are many colleges in bigger cities offer second shift engineering courses. If that is not available in your place, AMIE from Institute of Engineers is also a good choice where you can
