Ethical hackers are mainly Penetration Testers who find security issues in the system. Cyber Security is much bigger domain and covers a lot of subjects including penetration testing. CSSRL provides various training programme in cyber security domain.

You can pursue it by doing training in ethical hacking which is conducted by training institute and different colleges. At the end of 1 year you can join this course. The duration varies and it is according to you. Remember to pursue it with very good training institute and do hard work in it.
