7 years agoYou need to appear for GMAT exam. If you have a work experience of 4 years then you have a good profile to pursue executive MBA. Institutes like SP Jain, ISB-Hyderabad, Great Lakes, Chennai are known for 1-year executive MBA apart from IIMs - B/L/A/C/I.
