How can I pursue full time M.Tech along with a job?
I have done MCA and been a working professional for past 7 years. I wanted to pursue M.Tech full time but don't want to leave job.

Pursuing full-time M.Tech degree with a job is not possible instead what you can do is that you ask your employer to allow you to work for home or provide you flexible working hours so that you work after the college hours.

Currently, I am working from home in a 4-11 PM shift. But after completion, will it consider my experience with full-time degree?
