How can i pursue further for PG in HR ? Kindly guide !
I am an hr professional with 6 years of experience ,have done my BBA distance learning .Unfortunately that degree is no more recognized .i am really worried need your suggestion as i have to do pg course in hr any how for better position.

If your UG degree is not from a recognized university then it is not possible to take any PG courses available. Its better you stay with your current job and you can increase your skills by attending any value added courses necessary for a HR professional. As you have 6years of experience these valu
