You need to give Mba entrance tests like MAT, Cmat, CET, CAT for hotel management. You can learn few online certificate courses for better skill upgradation.

if you want to pursue managerial roles then Yes, it is must to give MBA. If you directly want to join fresher and beginner roles you can apply directly to jobs on portals and can enroll urself for some part time certificate courses like below.
