    Hi,
    You cannot pursue 2 regular programs from the same university and not even from 2 different universities. You can pursue 2 different programs from 2 different universities in different mode.
    According to me, you should focus on your target. You should concentrate on one degree and give your best and get the knowledge to perform well in future.
