Sorry, as per the guidelines of Bar Council of India you cannot pursue it online and don't enroll in any college if it says that it will provide online degree because it is null and void.

You can apply for some of the institutes who offer a distance learning course in LL.B.

Some private colleges have LLB program by distance learning, but Bar Council of India does not recognise these courses and you will not be able to practice in Indian courts. I will advice you that you may not do LLB by distance learning .
