Hi Shivam,
If you don't hold a LLB degree, then do it. At least 2 years of teaching or practicing experience is preferred. If you are an outstanding and brilliant student, then probably work experience will be relaxed. The maximum students admitted have superior work experience as teachers or lawyers. Harvard will also take into consideration your academic grades, ranking, letters of recommendation, occupational interests, professional and personal accomplishments and many more.
