How can I pursue M.Sc from IIT?

You need to apply for IIT JAM exam conducted by IIT for pursuing M.Sc in IIT. I think now application procedure is shut down, but you can once check on the site. Good luck. -
Yes, you can apply for Master from IITs, but you have to give entrance i.e. IIT JAM. If you are enthusiastic about your subject you will surely get a seat in the prestigious college of IIT. And, later can seek Ph.D also from there. Also, you should have 55% marks in your Bachelors. All the best for future.
