How can I pursue M.Sc from IIT?

I have completed B.Sc (Pass).

You need to apply for IIT JAM exam conducted by IIT for pursuing M.Sc in IIT. I think now application procedure is shut down, but you can once check on the site. Good luck.

Yes, you can apply for Master from IITs, but you have to give entrance i.e. IIT JAM. If you are enthusiastic about your subject you will surely get a seat in the prestigious college of IIT. And, later can seek Ph.D also from there. Also, you should have 55% marks in your Bachelors. All the best for
