    Hi Ankush,
    6.5 is a very poor score to apply to German universities. They require grades as high as 8 out of 10. You should look for average universities in less competitive countries like Poland, Norway, Ireland etc. If you can manage high funds you can check options in Australia and New Zealand.

Yes, if you've completed a 3-year Diploma in Computer Science or related fields with at least 60% marks, you are eligible for BE CSE Lateral Entry (LEET) at Chandigarh University. You can directly join the second year of the B.Tech program. They also offer specializations like AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Full Stack Development, many of which are in collaboration with IBM. The programme is approved by AICTE and accredited, but if you're lacking in certain basics, you might need to take a few bridge courses as part of the curriculum. you can compare both the university and select the best for you.

Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET) offers full-time Engineering courses at the UG level. Admission to the BE courses is both entrance and merit-based.
