Hi Himanshu, depending on where you want to study you must take GRE, TOEFL or IELTS. MIT, University of Cambridge, National University of Singapore (NUS),National University of Singapore (NUS), Carnegie Mellon University are some of the best computer Science universities in the world. Decide which country you want to study as admission requirements differ and you must prepare accordingly.
