I am a mechanical engineering graduate from a Tier 3 college with 68%. Work experience: 2 years in the marketing field in a top tractor manufacturing company of India. I will take an education loan.

Yes, you can do it. Choose a country which have wider options of work permit after Masters and then PR (if you are intending to take one), Canada should be your first choice with Australia. Sweden is also good place to pursue Masters. But, from your choice Poland should be in higher priority list.
