    After your graduation, prepare for GMAT, GRE. If you are preparing for CAT, then also you can apply abroad.
    The HEC MIM application is via a common application called the SAI application. Given that the SAI application accepts CAT scores, you can apply to the following programs on the basis of your CAT score via the SAI application:
    HEC
    EM Lyon
    Audencia
    ESCP
    SKEMA
    Apart from them, EDHEC in France also accepts CAT scores. But I will still say, go for IITs and IIMs in India. For MBA they are more and less the same unless you are getting Harvard or Stanford.

    The first and foremost eligibility requirement is to have completed a basic Bachelors level graduation degree. This could be an engineering degree (BE, B.Tech), B.Sc, B.Com, BA or in any other discipline. MBA colleges abroad expect students with some work experience (1-2 years work-ex is fine).

    The two primary exams are GMAT and GRE. Traditionally GRE was more popular among MS applicants and some universities accept GMAT score. However, things are changing and many MBA universities have also started accepting GRE scores. After clearing GRE/GMAT, you need to clear language proficiency exam - IELTS/TOFEL.
