Hello,
You can do your B.Tech or complete your Bachelor's degree in any field. MBA programs are open to students from all disciplines. However, if you are planning to apply to USA or Canada most universities will prefer a four year Bachelor's degree. Secondly, any top MBA program prefers applicants with a solid work experience so it is highly recommended that you gain some work experience after your Bachelor's degree. Additionally, a good GMAT score, IELTS or TOEFL score, extracurricular activities, MBA essays, etc., will be taken into account.
