Hi Kamran
SPJIMR does not falls under Mumbai University. SPJIMR offers PGDM whereas Mumbai University offers MMS. If you want to pursue MBA from Mumbai University, I would request you to take the CET test. Frankly I do not have much more information about Mumbai University information.
