How can I pursue MBA in HR after completing B.Com?

7 years agoYou can start preparing for CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/TISS and other MBA entrance exams. To do MBA in HR you can target TISS. It provides PGDM in HR which is equivalent to MBA. To get into TISS apart from clearing TISS-NET you need to build your profile i.e. you need to score good percentage in B.Com and you need to get work experience in NGOs and similar social cause activities. Another college apart from TISS known for HR is XLRI and you need to clear XAT for it.
