I am holding senior position (GM) and holder of Diploma In Management (Hons) in 1995).

There are various institutions in India which provide MBA degree to an experienced person. The most sought out institute is ISB, Hyderabad. It is a one year executive program for experienced professional. The entrance exam for the program is GMAT followed by GD PI. I think, they also take CAT and XA

You can pursue MBA by appearing in CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT, GRE, IELTs, TOEFL or IBSAT.
