Yes, you could do MS from abroad, but you need to keep in consideration about its prequisities.

Germany offers dental courses of 5 years that includes Bachelor's and master's both so you either have to complete this course or you may write to the university for identifying the credits that can be given to your BDS equivalent to their system, though chances are very less.
