Hi Amrinder,
In order to study Medicine or earn a Doctor of Medicine degree in States , you need to have a 16 years of complete education in India. This can be via Bachelors of Science education and then completing one year certificate or diploma program in India or directly completing your MBBS degree and then apply for further studies in Medicine in USA or Canada.
Hence, students must complete a four year undergraduate degree and then take the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT).
