How can I pursue MFA in painting through distance education? I have done my Bachelors in design.

This course is purely practical in nature and can't be possible through distance education mode. MFA is in itself a high grade program, which is found mostly in government institutions or in some highly reputed private institutions, but in regular mode only. Thanks.
