How can I pursue my bachelors in a foreign country? I've completed diploma in civil engineering.

Hi,
For civil engineering you may check Australia, Canada, Singapore, UK, US to name a few. Narrow down your choice based on admission requirements which differ, your budget, climate preferences, etc.

It can be around 1000 to 2000 Euro per semester. Private colleges could be higher. Typically, you would require an IELTS of 6.
