How can I pursue my career in computer networking and security, and ethical hacking?

Hi, To become an IT Security professional it's fact that you need to take professional courses like Ethical Hacking, CISSP, etc. But also important factor to be considered to get familiar with basic networking fundamental, Virtualization knowledge, clear idea of different version of OS. I have seen many students who jumped into EH and Security courses but later couldn't understand the course throughput. However, below list of certifications/courses related to Cyber security. Important steps to start a career in cybersecurity: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a similar field. Knowledge of firewalls and various forms of endpoint security. Knowledge of languages/tools such as C+, Java, Node, Python, Ruby, Go, or Power Shell is an added advantage. The ability to often work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Possess the right eye for detail and outstanding problem-solving skills. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Cyber Security trends and hacker tactics.

Yes, you can. In simple terms, cyber security deals with the security of computer systems from the theft of computer hardware, software, data and disruption or misdirection of the services provided by computer systems. Without cyber security, computer systems we use may come under different types of harmful activities such as unauthorized access, phishing, spoofing, DoS attacks, data theft etc. Such activities can often lead to monetary loss, identity theft and loss of precious data.
