How can i pursue my career in event managment after B.tech from ECE.?

I need to know that i can find a job directly after b.tech or do i need to take PG course in event related field and if yes then please mention the best colleges in india and the entrance exam & additional details 2 pursue further. like job fields/cateogries for eg. operations/PR/adminstrtn etc.?
