How can I pursue my further studies from abroad?
I have done class 10th and a Diploma in mechanical engineering. I have 5 years of work experience. My IELTS score is 6.5.

SAT and ACT are required if you plan to study in the US mainly. You can apply without it, many countries like Australia, New Zealand, UK, etc. they don't require SAT or ACT. You can apply after taking IELTS or TOEFL.

No, along with SAT or ACT, TOEFL or IELTS exam is also compulsory. TOEFL and IELTS are language testing exams.
